I am a UX Researcher for a large, Fortune 500 company.  My primary role is supporting one of our external applications (mobile & web) which receives ~66k users per week. The work centers on creating value added experiences for customers who are booking services directly for themselves or on behalf of their team, which varies in size from 2 to 50. Prior industry work experience includes managing information system implementations, particularly electronic medical records into ambulatory practices, Web development project management and network administration for the casino/hotel industry.
